Drs. Milosavljevic and Wiewel are licensed chiropractors serving Skokie and surrounding communities, specializing in personalized, whole-body wellness care. Both are licensed in the state of Illinois and each have over 20 years of experience. They specialize in chiropractic care, acupuncture and physical rehabilition.
Dr. Lisa Milosavljevic, DC
Dr. “Milo” is a licensed Chiropractic Physician under the Illinois Medical Practice Act. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Lombard, IL.
Prior to NUHS, Dr. Milo received a BS in General Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with double minors in Chemistry and Spanish. She’s also certified in Meridian Therapy-Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and X-ray analysis. Dr. Milo is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the NUHS alumni organization and the Skokie Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time, Dr. Milo enjoys training to compete in triathlons and walking her dogs. She also has a fierce passion for the great outdoors and loves backpacking and camping. In the rare moments when Dr. Milo is not active, she enjoys spending time with husband and two children, Caitlin and Cameron.
A local Lincolnwood product, Dr. Milo was a highly decorated All-Conference All-Scholastic athlete in Cross Country, Gymnastics (captain and MVP) and Track & Field (MVP) at Niles West High School. She was the Senior Athlete of the Year at Niles West. Her long jump and triple jump school records still stand as fifth all-time. Her 4x400m relay team record has yet to be beaten.
Dr. Daniel Wiewel, DC
Dr. Daniel Wiewel is a licensed Chiropractic Physician under the Illinois Medical Practice Act. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Lombard, IL.
Prior to NUHS, Dr. Wiewel received a BS in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Wiewel also holds certifications in Clinical Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, and X-ray Analysis. He is a member of the Skokie Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Wiewel's clinical experience has laid a strong foundation in both structural and functional rehabilitation of the human body. He also has an extensive background in physical fitness, having previously worked both as a personal trainer and as a fitness consultant. These past experiences have given Dr. Wiewel the ability to develop tailored approaches to each person's state of health. He recognizes that every patient is unique and each will present with different challenges to obtaining optimum health.
Dr. Wiewel has a passion for exercise and is an avid sports fan. When not at the office he can regularly be seen at the local gym or catching a Cubs, Bears, Bulls, or Blackhawks game. Dr. Wiewel strives to impart the same passion he has for his health into the lives of his patients.
